오늘 12월 9일, 알리의 스페셜 리메이크 앨범인 [ALi's Wonderland]가 공개되었습니다.

지난달에는 임창정과의 콜라보로 만들어진 곡 '또 생각이 나서'로 컴백하자마자 음원차트의 상위권을 기록하며 많은 사랑을 받았었는데요. 

이번에는 알리만의 명품 음색이 담긴 따뜻한 크리스마스 캐롤로 팬들에게 다시 돌아왔습니다.

이번 앨범의 타이틀곡은 'Winter Wonderland'입니다.

이 곡은 사실 들어보시면 크리스마스 시즌이 되면 길에서 쉽게 들을 수 있는 크리스마스 캐롤 중 하나인데요.

이 곡을 알리만의 색깔을 입혀 재해석한 것이 바로 알리의 Winter Wonderland입니다.

달콤하면서도 부드러운 보컬이 돋보이는 알리의 캐롤, Winter Wonderland는 올 겨울 가장 따듯하고 아름다운 선물이 되어 줄 것입니다.

이번 앨범 작업은 특별한 곳에서 진행되었는데요.

음악으로 시대를 평정했던 '비틀즈'부터 '클리프 리처드' 등 유명 아티스트들이 녹음을 해온 영국 애비로드 스튜디오에서 레코딩와 마스터링을 진행했다고 합니다.

 

Winter Wonderland는 캐롤 중에서도 전통이 있는 명곡으로, 가요세션과 재즈등 다양한 분야에서 활동하고 있는 실력파 뮤지션 재즈피아니스트인 '이송이'가 참여하여 스윙재즈 스타일로 재 편곡 되었습니다.

그렇게 탄생한 알리의 Winter Wonderland는 피아노 선율에 고급스러운 Bass사운드가 주를 이루고 있으며, 따뜻하면서 화려한 오케스트레이션과 '알리'의 스캣이 돋보이는 곡입니다.
